Explain to them that it cannot be removed because it is a part of their body. Explain why they have it (refer to above). Mentioning that We need to accept our bodies the way they are. And the best course of action for the client to try is to round out certain areas of the body. For example, working out the lower body, target certain areas, while having a meal plan that supports growth. Be sure to monitor progress! Finally 'll reiterate this again, we need to accept our bodies the way they are.
