    It is not possible to get rid of hip dips due to it being an anatomical structure. However, something that can help is working out the lower body and core areas. Muscles such as the hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes would make it look rounder.

    What Advice Do You Typically Give to Clients Who Express Concerns about Hip Dips?

    Explain to them that it cannot be removed because it is a part of their body. Explain why they have it (refer to above). Mentioning that We need to accept our bodies the way they are. And the best course of action for the client to try is to round out certain areas of the body. For example, working out the lower body, target certain areas, while having a meal plan that supports growth. Be sure to monitor progress! Finally 'll reiterate this again, we need to accept our bodies the way they are.
