A Word From The Creator of the program

Through my years of training, I can’t tell you how many times I have heard women say they want to build their booties! It seems like something that many people are working for in the gym, but the questions have always been how do we piece together a regimen to actually see some results? Over the years I have learned how important band work is and glute activation to begin developing any control of the muscles in the lower body. Without this activation, building our glutes just won’t happen.  I have tried lifting heavier and lighter, with different rep ranges. This program provides a build-up to harder and heavier exercises, first focussing on the crucial glute activation and band work. Building and maintaining a strong lower half goes far beyond 12 weeks. It is an ongoing process of trial and error. These 12 weeks are meant as a focussed kick start to motivate you on your fitness journey and to teach you as many exercises as possible, with good form and some structure to follow and understand.
