    What Does This Workout Routine Consist Of

    The workouts will contain a variety of different exercises that you can complete in the comfort of your home. Each 30-minute workout will begin with a warm-up, followed by the challenge and then a cool down. You will see a visual demonstration of the movements and you can listen as our instructors guide you through the days challenge.

    Some workouts will require equipment such as dumbbells, and others will not. In general, each daily challenge will roughly need a yoga mat sized amount of space. Our instructors will also provide different options for each exercise to cater to varying abilities. Our goal is to get you moving!

    How Can You Do This Workout Routine

    You can join our 28 Day Fitness Challenge by watching our videos on our Instagram channel or YouTube page. Each day a new video will be posted with one of our instructors guiding you through the challenge. Simply set up your phone or computer in an area that you can see the screen as you perform the workout. All you have to do is follow along with the instructor!
